Recover a forgotten Login Name
Select this option if your IWAS account was created in the legacy IWAS system and you cannot remember your Login Name.

Reset a forgotten Password
Select this option if you login to your IWAS account by providing a username and password, and you cannot remember your password.

Recover an IWAS Account
Select this option if the email address used for your IWAS account is no longer active, or you cannot remember the email address for your IWAS account or an email address for any of the profiles associated with your IWAS account. If you have not setup an Alternate Email for account recovery purposes yet, contact the Call Center for further assistance.
